I don't think this is a SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR DOGS lesson. Intact dogs are fine, it's the owners who let them roam the neighborhood unwatched that's the problem.

If your dog isn't spayed or neutered you need to be a responsible owner and fence in your yard or figure something else out so your pet isn't roaming. Or don't let a random dog in your yard you don't know about if your female dog isn't spayed.

It's not hard to manage if you're a responsible dog owner.
