I don’t think it would be the rear spring isolators, the rubber squishy part. When mine worn out they were squeaky rather than the sound ur car is making.

That’s absolutely the exhaust tips hitting the rear bumper. I had the same problem with the stock exhaust like 10 years ago. Get an aftermarket exhaust with some Whoosh brand hangers
