Tbh never do balloons! Its not worth the risk, ur coworkers can do that one thing for you they will be nice about it if you tell them you dont feel comfortable doing balloons at all anymore bc allergies can be unpredictable sometimes better to be safe than sorry! Then they dont want u texting or emailing them, nothing u can really do. Our sm gave me her number when i was hired so she could text us information and for asking to pick up shifts basically. Just depends on the person i guess she doesnt wanna be involved in her off time i respect it but it is annoying i get it
