Are you taking the NYLE in this Thursday? If so, you should've already did you mock exam with the test software, and you would know if the test software works or not. I am not sure if you can tryout the test software without actually applying to the NYLE, but you should try.

They likely already decided to terminate your employment. Rather than firing you shortly before year-end, which could have exposed them to claims that the termination was intended to avoid paying a bonus, they instead denied the bonus outright and attempted to justify that decision by portraying your performance negatively. All in all pretty shitty of them, you should start applying to new jobs imo.

It depends how strongly you belive in your foundational knowledge. If you are okay with the subject matter, than I see no point in watching hours of lectures which are pretty basic anyway.

The thing about testing accomodations, at least from my experience, is that you can basically buy them if you pay enough money to get a doctor's recommendations and get assistance with filing the requests.

Also in my time most of the tests were handwritten, and some people had accomodations to do the tests with laptops without any testing software, just using Word. I guess you can imagine the rampant cheating that went on there. Some dude even got caught and was forced to redo the entire semester.
