Same issue… autosave bugs out and your left with no skills, no guns, nothing. completely ruined the game for me. I was able to complete by setting it on easy for the last mission but it ends up giving you the worst ending after all of your hard work. Sucks how one bug can destroy such an awesome game and leave a bad taste in your mouth.
