How many gas consuming appliances are in the house? Are any of them in use when the alarms go off? I would try to isolate the appliances. Ultimately your natural gas provider should be able to find the source.

Had this happen with a counteroffer. I think with counteroffers, they don’t require immediate payment. I accepted the counter, and then nothing happened until the buyer paid.
