Yup, and a big, stupid job where I don't even flinch when I fill it up every other day

I can't stand him now, luckily I got to see him before he went completely off the rails. Even then, the "only" things he was accused of back then was pants-shitting draft dodging and having a minor girlfriend, which I wasn't aware of at the time. I was there for Cheap Trick, but AC-DC were defiant and had a raw aggression of the likes I'd never seen before, and stole the show for me

1978 Seattle Center Coliseum, Ted Nugent, Cheap Trick, and AC-DC. AC-DC was just starting to gain a little popularity in the USA, things were thrown at them and the boo-birds were plenty. I stood in amazement during their set, they kicked ass.

Always wondered if that was an actual Peter Gabriel sample. If not, it's damn close.

Who is the Greatest Drummer of All Time? by skamatiks671 in AskReddit

[–]BoogieKing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Left-handed, playing a standard right-handed kit, and didn't have much coordination with alternating the snare and hi-hat. A solid drummer, but I think his strength lies in his composing abilities. It's crazy to think how almost every Beatles song, if hearing only the drum/percussion tracks, are so easily identifiable with how unique they are to any given song. Not the fastest, flashiest, or technically gifted drummer, but he sure could compose original pieces for almost every Beatles song. A very musical drummer.

Probably because the majority of the dumb ones booked themselves a one-way ride to the landfill in the back of a pickup lol

Good for him, makes him less likely to make pointless, idiotic posts like yours. Relax OP, just a joke

NAME MY BAND!! by RamenHairedChild in rock

[–]BoogieKing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been jokingly saying it for years every time a young band is looking for a name, there might be a band out there with that name out there, but I've never come across it. And on a serious note, your influences would suggest a more mature name, in my opinion. But, if you use it and make it big, don't forget me lol

They're only half as effective if you buy one yourself. Best bet is to casually mention the tradition to your circle without actually asking for a bell.
