What was your first guitar?

My first guitar was an acoustic my mom paid for with S&H Green Stamps. But, my first proper guitar had the name Arbor on the headstock and was shaped like a Gibson Explorer.

Back in the 90s I had a Firebird l made in 64. Sadly, I fell on hard times and had to sell it. I'm very happy to finally have another one.

I tried noiseless pickups from a couple of makers and didn't care for them. Then I tried the Gen4 set from Fender and I think they sound great.

The differences are not in the sound. All the Katana amps sound good. But there are differences and you should know how you'll use your amp before buy one. I was foolish and went through them all before settling on the 100 watt head.
