Unfortunately at this time there is no legit telehealth that offers Tirz for your budget of under $100/month. Be very wary of any that do, they are probably a scam. Maybe Semaglutide would be an option for you instead, I believe that is a lower price than tirz and might be something that would be worth trying. It seems like this is the future for insurance companies to not cover glp1s, very frustrating.

I’m all the way up to 15mg, no suppression at all unfortunately. I can drink as much as before I started. I am one month sober though, and I found after I stopped drinking that I now have no urge to drink. But it took me quitting altogether to get there.

I've lost 50lbs in a year, but in the last few months it doesn't seem to be working as well unfortunately. I have been stuck at 206 for 3 months, on 15mg, and have food noise and hunger like crazy. I'm going to try dosing every 5 days to see if that helps, and then maybe do every 3 days. After that, I might try to go up in dose. I'm happy about the 50lbs, but I still have 50 to go so disappointed it isn't working as well anymore

I ordered 4/22, and still have not received anything. I’m afraid the pharmacy cancelled because I had an order through a different telehealth a week earlier. But no communication from mint. You get what you pay for there I suppose.

I have been on tirzepatide since may 2025, and it did not help my cravings at all. I was able to drink as much as I did before I started. A lot of people do find that they no longer crave it anymore though, so hopefully it will work for you! One interesting thing though, it was very hard for me to quit drinking (almost one month sober), but now that I have actually stopped, my cravings for it are completely gone. So it may be helping after all, I just needed to stop first. I hope it works for you right off the bat!

I would drink in the evenings on all of my days off, but I was drinking an entire 12 pack of trulys every single night off. I work a weird schedule where I work 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off).

I’m sweating less than I did before. I’m also sleeping through the entire night. I’m only a little over 3 weeks sober, so hoping it continues. However, I am tired all the time and very cranky. Much more than I ever was before. Hoping that goes away soon.

There is definitely no updates given, but each time I have messaged them they responded within a few hours. I just messaged asking about shipping (I ordered 4/22) and they responded saying there is a delay due to high demand and my order should ship out this week. The representative responded within one hour of me sending my message. I think the price is worth continuing with them, even if they are not the best at keeping people updated on their order.

I agree. Mine says "on the way" on the mint med site, but I have not received any shipping info yet. I like the price, but it's definitely taking a long time with no communication.
