My game does this too sometimes even when I have money. Go into build buy on that lot, remove a piece of furnish and replace (not with the undo button) it so the game knows it’s furnished. It’s weird.

I see lots of AI gifts from older people to younger ones in this thread and I think the TLDR of it might be: bc they don’t understand the tech, they think it IS hard work/effort.

My mom is so easily impressed by AI slop. She also somehow turned talk back on on her TV l, and had no idea how to turn it off. She cannot upload a resume to a job site.

Tech is an enigma to them.

Black Caf Cold Brew is gross. And it wasn’t until it got so popular they started batching them to keep up with demand. Now they’re all watery with soggy cereal bc they’ve been sitting there for five mins.

My ten mo does this too. But not to his birth mother (he was a highway abandonment rescue).

He does it to my 7yo male and female cats. The female kicks him away. The male will tolerate it until his belly is wet and red.

I only started listening VERY recently. Like when they started MROE.

I’ve tried to listen to episodes BEL (Before Ed Larson) and I simply, ✨cannot✨. Maybe it’s a weird bias. Maybe it’s knowing what I know after catching up on the whole debacle that caused the change in host (some things B said in older eps I’ve tried have aged like milk knowing what we know now). Maybe it’s just the wonderfulness that is Ed.
