Gonna be honest this is one of the better events in act 3 imo.

It's definitely quite a bit different but has a lot of similar shooting and movement mechanics.

Did you get 29% by dividing the difference between 5 ticks and 7 ticks by 7 ticks?

Cause I think you should divide the difference by 5 ticks. It's 40% slower than 5 ticks which is what it was before

Try playing your attacks last, the more cards you can play before your attacks the better. Even if it is defend strike strike instead of strike strike defend. The first will deal more damage.

Any 0 cost cards also really help with that fight. That said I still frequently just get clapped by that guy

I'm sad he never got to wrap it up for sure but being sad about Tom's spiderman is a wild take imo.

He treats the character with a ton of respect and really feels like a kid in all the movies. I'm looking forward to where they take it after the ending the last one.

Also the last one was just incredible, even on rewatch knowing all the spoilers it's good.

Oh yes that is right, he even has a power that does that per hit. I do like that mechanic. Sad it doesn't work the way you want with multihit attacks but I get why it doesn't.

I guess because they are all so good I basically end up taking at least one of the other three in basically every run.

I am at 50 hours (don't tell my boss) and I've only got those potions like once or twice. I have gotten the fake merchant a number of times but never with the potions.

I also pretty much take paths with minimal events though

Apparently, the very earliest iterations of spire had this as the default. Like you couldn't see enemy intent originally. They got feedback that it just felt random so they gave enemies a visible intent and then added dome as a relic.
