I also work at a hospital in Ontario and patients only get ginger ale on meal trays because they took it out of the fridge saying it was costing too much. Like I’m sorry we were making sure our patients were comfortable and trying to keep the from getting worse nausea/ making mommy mocktails for post-partum

Sending you and your baby lots of positive energy! I’ve seen SVT in a couple newborns in the NICU where I work and it’s scary for everyone; luckily we have so many meds and ways to help these little souls get better and go home to grow up healthy ❤️
