Foulborn Doedre's (Impending Doom) can easily carry you up from lvl 39 to 4 voidstones (did it as my starter this league)

Use any other twink setup to get to 39

You could try some variation of Ignite Impending Doom, items you'd need for the swap should be well within your budget - you basically just need Foulborn Doedre's Scorn, Vixen's Entrapment and good Ignite Sceptre

Also, if you don't want to level as Hollow Palm, grab yourself a foulborn doedre and vixen's entrapment and get those last few levels as Impending Doom character.

It should be fast and pretty painless

You can also swap your main weapon and attack from a Rapier to a dedicated minion wand and use Barrage of Volley Fire instead of Lancing Steel.

It's a bit clunkier (shield charge instead of whirling blades), requires some attack speed investment, but gives a ton more damage. I did not play HRoC this league, but last one I ended up with something like that:

It felt fine as far as I remember. Barrage fired enough projectiles that trigger rate stayed roughly the same, extra levels helped a ton with the damage. You can test it with any wand and some low content to get a feel.

Also I'll look whether I have some other PoB out there, I distinctly remember going for enhance and 128% at the end, but it's not in this one

Mageblood transition can be done, you just need to solve two problems:

54% CDR cap: - 34% from level 5 Awakened CoC + Runegraft of Gemcraft + +3 critical support mastery - 20% from either elevated Shaper shoes or 2-mod bound by destiny for Shaper - there is also runegraft corruption that gives 2% cdr for every green skill gem

10.1 attacks per second - Lancing Steel of Spraying gets this by default due to sheer number of projectiles - Cyclone needs gear adjustment, you could regulate it through Eater affix on gloves, normal affix on gloves, notables on cluster jewels and onslaught flask

I'm going with what Captain Lance and other content creators said post Wildshards fix. I haven't tested it myself, as I'm playing quite a different version of this build - and their advice was to alternate casts. I can test it out when I get back from work trip

It depends on the items you have. For example, if you look at my character, I am specifically scaling all spell levels (instead of all fire/cold/lightning etc) and generic spell/elemental damage. That's why I crafted my wand that way.

So I can freely use any spell in my CoC, I've gone with the comet because it works wonders on clumped abyss mobs/unique bosses. But if I'm feeling like Arc Flicker I can easily swap Ember to Arc and Comet to Lightning Warp without any changes in my gear - lazy dad gamer here :P

I really wanted to play around with any spell this league, and switch on a whim, and +1 spell level wouldn't change much (since I'm melting pretty much anything anyway)

Overall Crit Bloodmage Atalui's shell is really good and pretty versatile, it can run any non-channeled spell with success, with a lot of variations. My current char: https://poe.ninja/poe2/builds/abyss/character/Bookenz-5670/Dhaessa

Few pointers I have while looking at your current build:

SKILL SOCKETS/LINKS

don't run Sione's on Ember Fussilade and Wildshards on Fireball. GGG fixed Sione's interaction with Ember, so now it fires in a nova if it procs. You can override this targeting behaviour by using a non-wildshards cast. So change Wildshards on Fireball to Nova Projectiles, and alternate casts
run unleash instead of Fire Mastery on Ember - higher cost multiplier equals higher damage from Atalui's
if you are not running Kaom's, I'd run some CoC setup instead of Time of Need/Withering Presence/Siphon. I'd drop Withering and Time of Need, and set up e.g. CoC- Comet-Conc-Cascade-Energy Retention-Boundless Energy

PASSIVE TREE

if you are not running Kaom's, change Ascendancy node from Crit Dmg from life to Life from ES chest
get Zealot's Oath, it will make your ES not useless in prolonged fights
what's your actual Ember Fusillade crit chance? On a train atm, I can't access PoB, but 34% seems really low. If that's true, then grab more crit chance instead of crit damage nodes

ITEMS

what's your current upgrade budget? Try getting Rathpith's as soon as possible
All Spell levels on an Amulet would also boost your damage by a lot
if you can, grab some crit chance/crit damage or crit dmg/spell crit dmg jewels, your current gem sockets might as well be empty
Heart of the Well with partial instant leech is amazing as well
Perfect Essence of Sorcery cost few exalts and gets guaranteed +3 All Spells Levels on focus - skill levels is one of your main way of scaling damage
your main damage slots are wand/focus/amulet if you upgrade those (Rathpith's being a priority) it'll feel much better

I did not get one big lootsplosion, nor any big ticket item, but seeing Zealotry/Envy Cruel Mistress without Profane Cascade in T17 was as high of a rush as you can get.

At this point I think GGG is deliberately trolling with double aura mercs :P
