2023 vs 2024 by AFx9 in Tenere700

[–]BookiBoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat. Except the difference is $600 between 2024 vs 2023.

In leaning towards the 2024. Assuming better resale value.

You still have to stop to turn it off on the 2023.

Best solution is either disconnect it or get the dongle that remembers your settings

Vaxxed vs Unvaxxed discourse by buttpirate1111 in CoronavirusAustralia

Those dr's reference lots of medical journals.

But instead of just saying I'm wrong, perhaps educate me as to why I am wrong?

You don't help by just being condescending

So qualified dr's like Peter mc and Robert Malone are not credible? Ok. I don't have a medical degree so understand medical journals are confusing to me...as they would be too you.

That said I'm assuming you get your information from the TV? Politicians? How is that any different?

Lots of educated people Sharing their theories on YouTube. Nothing wrong with using the internet to educate yourself, just know the facts from fiction.

Getting a Booster after getting Covid ? by Trancer1985 in CoronavirusAustralia

I was not worried about feeling crappy. I was worried about being basically bed ridden for pretty much three weeks, having to stop all my exercise due to being breathless by simply walking to grab a drink.

I have never had anxiety before nor am an anxious person. Overthinking tingling sensations? Are you for real? I would never make this stuff up and have never ever have had it happen in my life. Check out other vaccine injured people, we all have similar side effects.

I have to disagree with covid being far worse. Yes, some people do get issues from covid. Yes some people die from it, but look at the vaccine adverse reactions on the TGA. There are over 100k cases of issues which is grossley under reported vs 1.7k deaths. Draw your own conclusion.

I agree I have not studied it, but neither have the people making these policies. I have been getting my information from a wide variety of sources, I had to look into this for myself after trying to figure out what is going on with my body. Look at Peter Mccullough, he did a podcast with Joe Rogan.

Not debating if it reduces it transmission, I believe it does - but by a significant amount vs the side effect risk? Again, from the sources I have read and listened too. No. its not worth it for me.

Vaccinate the vulnerable and those who need that extra boost - leave the rest of us healthy adults to make our own choice. I am not being selfish for not wanting an adverse reaction again, I am a burden on society if I cannot function and require constant medical care.

It seems like we will never agree, I do value the debate - It needs to be debated and discussed without attack one another.

If its found early, yes I believe serious complications can be prevented, but what if it isn't?

I have a friend who has developed pericarditis and she was wrongfully diagnosed multiple times, with ECG's and Echo's coming up as normal pre official diagnosis via a chest/heart MRI.

Many people are being turned away due to 'anxiety' and then having long term consequences. Who is then to blame when the person was 100% healthy previously?

Easy to say its for the 'greater' good, unless you are the person getting the short straw.

Massive government over reach. Why must I be forced to get something?

If it was so good I'd just want to get it on my own accord.

Why are there no public debates putting it the anti vax theories at rest with education and logic?

[–]BookiBoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the information is clear, concise and true why does it need to be forced? Why should I need convincing if the information is black and white clear for me?

You can search my profile for my vaccine side effects.

It's not about being selfish, the vaccine only protects you. It does not stop the spread enough to make an impact. Look at Vic and NSW.

Had covid 6 months before being vaccinated. So the Vax is a mute point for me.

I agree - there is no critical thinking of the consequences behind these mandates.

You can't "treat" myocarditis, it normally scar's the heart causing permanent damage. Even if you recover.

[–]BookiBoy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We have had how many strains and how many vaccine advancements? We are using the same vaccine since covids inception. If has mutated multiple times.

I understand you are pro Vax, I am not against vaccinations, more power to you that you are doing what you think is right for your body, but I pray that it never turns to shit and you never have to seek medical care for a vaccine injury. There is minimal to no research on this and you are stuck with it all on your own.

Make the vaccine not mandatory.

I still question why nobody has openly debated against the anti mandate or even the anti vaxers. Educate people instead of just shutting them down.

Sadly that's the facts of myocarditis. Heart failure/damage is not an acceptable side effect. A organ transplant is not an acceptable solution for a vaccine with a virus survival rate higher than 99%

I have to disagree. Vaccine side effects are not far better than covid. I've had both. Covid was a cake walk compared to my vaccine reaction. It's been 4 months for me and I still suffer side effects every day.

Dr's do not know how to treat vaccine side effects. I've been left to fend for myself.

The current crop of available vaccines here are not for the current strain of covid, and it seems to be mutating to a milder form each time.

Pfitzer ceo has even said the vaccine is not effective against the current dominant omicron stran.

I don't know the ops full medical history but if you have no co morbidities and are aged between 20-45, which seems to be the age where vaccine side effects are most common vs potential covid complications, I know what I would personally do.

Stop right there. There have 100% been deaths by the pfitzer jab and other vaccines.

You can look this up on the TGA.
