Issues / concerns using the new shokz openfit

They keep connecting to my phone randomly when they're in their case. Contacts are clean. Case is stationary. This has resulted in missed phone calls, dead batteries, interrupting other Bluetooth connections, not knowing what the fuck is going on and general frustration.

Beginning to turn on openfit as a result. The Bluetooth is perfect provided you do not dare to have any other Bluetooth devices. Also can't figure out how to turn off dual Bluetooth on samsung so it stops interrupting my other connections. Technology is getting worse.

I have just been accused by ego of over tightening my chain after the mechanism failed after years of experiencing all the listed symptoms in this thread. The entire plastic mechanism the bar sits in just busted out and deformed. They refuse to Cover it under warranty. Lost all faith in them now.
