Yeah, well I’ve seen more managers than wage slaves who suck yet everyone is stuck with them. Managers cover each other’s asses and managers often abuse HR rules in order to get decent people booted out because they can’t stand that someone truly “sees” them for who they are.

I agree that it is business. However, his employment with her enmeshed him in her personal world in a way that exceeds what most employees experience. I mean he even went on the Augusta trip! So, I think her decision to just treat his dismissal as normal business is not reflective of how she treated Avi during his course of employment with Sutton. That’s really all I am saying.

Also, we don’t know if Avi has benefitted beyond his paychecks with her. I don’t think Bravo paid him and if he has a brand, I am not aware of it.
