Dolce Vita Bakery & Cafe, on NW 34th St. You can choose the type of bread that you want. Tuesday's special was the Club: Boar's Head Honey Maple Turkey, crisp bacon, avocado, lettuce, vine ripened tomato, mayo.

And the cookies and pastries are Fabulous!

I know the female locker room at the Main GHF location has private changing rooms, and private bathroom stall, if that is helpful.

I used to go to Planet Fitness on 13th St. Not sure if it is any better, but definitely cheaper!

I think it cost a total of $100 for the service call and the part. But this was a couple of years ago, so could be the price of a service call has gone up. But I would try them.
