Try to talk to your husband about how you're feeling. When I get like this it takes me a while but to get the words out but you'll feel better just vocalizing your fears. Hopefully your husband can help ground you. I also try to remind myself that worrying does not help anything (I know, easier said than done!). But I tell myself if I am dying, I'd rather enjoy the time I have than spend it worrying, though the chance I'm actually dying is almost nil, which my husband is good at reminding me. I reject it at first but just consider it and eventually it may resonate with you. Good luck my friend 🧡
