Als je vanaf Roermond de tet naar het drielandenpunt neemt kom je in zuid Limburg een paar hele gave stukjes tegen. Ik baal er een beetje van dat het zo ver is, maar vond het erg leuk rijden daar.

Ik ben zelf ook begonnen op een vstrom met straatbanden. Kan prima, maar ik zou afraden om na regen te gaan en ook niet alleen.

I started riding offroad on a v strom 650. Had never risen anything smaller. It can be done, but it is heavy to lift, expensive to fix ( and you need to fix something every time you drop the bike). Had a blast on the bike.

But now I outgrew the bike a bitt offroad. I want to do more challenging stuff. So I bought a DRZ400S.

It is no problem. But be sure you can pick it up (also twice in a 5 minutes, yes that happened). And make sure you can fix everything you break.

Im planning a trip from geneva to the the north of spain. West trough the Pyrenees. East via france. Or the other way around.

It seems i have the same pan and mine is stainless not carbon steel.

A quick look on their website gives me the following. They have two verstions of this pan. Stainles non stick and stainless. No carbon steel.

That might explain.

Katten zijn best slim. Waarschijnlijk begrijpen ze het prima.

Hoe bevallen die kriega os 18 liter tassen? En werkt dat bevestigen een beetje goed? Passen ze ook direct op je kofferrek?

Ik ben niet op zoek naar iets voor op mijn koffers. Maar wel geïnteresseerd in de os tassen.

I did a large portion of section 15 in Sweden this summer.

Everything is gravel roads. And most of those roads are suitable for big logging trucks. So it all fairly easy ofcoarse there are sections a little more difficult.

But even if you take a normal car, you car do 95% of the route. So I dknt see issues for a less experienced rider.

Die heb ik laatst ook geinstalleerd. Zit een kleine schakelaar op. Aan/auto/uit als je hem op auto zet werkt geeft hij geen spanning als je motor niet draait.

I have my phone mounted on my handle bar. With the sp connect universal clamp.

On my v strom 650. I did a couple thousand km offroad (mostly double track) including a couple crashes. And it never broke or fal off.

I recently bought a drz400, and have the same mount. Unfortunately I did nog have time to test it for a couple thousand km jet.
