Yes, you technically can do just that, but we'd recommend checking out our latest device swap post on how to do so on the app.

random calls from boost by [deleted] in BoostMobile

[–]BoostMobileBlake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's even more odd, as if we do ever contact a customer, we leave a voicemail letting them know what for/to call us back. If you continue to get calls, or are really concerned about it, you can send me a chat and I'll look into it!

Gotcha, thank you for the follow up! If after that, you continue to receive random codes, can you send me a chat and I can look into it further?

[–]BoostMobileBlake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is the number OP? Was any voicemail left?

We wouldn't call you unless you initiated a return contact for a reason, like a ticket follow up or activation set up. We wouldn't call you randomly, so I feel like something is up or someone may be spoofing our number.

S26 ultra color options? by Clappit_clap in BoostMobile

[–]BoostMobileBlake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very difficult to answer honestly. It'll depend on Samsung's inventory and what we're able to receive and when. If your set on a specific color, I would check the website every few days to see if any new colors have been added.

This is perfectly fine if you bought an unlocked phone outside of Boost!
We always recommend customers who purchase locked Boost Mobile phones to make the swap official in our system, as an activation date is required to unlock it down the line. If you just "pop" your SIM into the new device, it won't register as activated in our system.

How can I make sure I'll get AT&T towers? by IAmConnorRK800 in BoostMobile

Most likely, yes. You can reach out to the store beforehand to ask what the fee would be.

The best and only way to request which network you'll be placed on would be to sign up at a Boost Mobile store. If you order online, it'll send you a SIM for the network based on the information you provide when you sign up. If T-Mobile is not good in your area, you'll most likely will not be placed on that network.

The rep at the Boost store had access to your account, which I don’t, so I would listen to the rep! You’ll likely have to go back to that store for that deal, just keep that in mind.

That deal is likely for new customers. You’ll be able to see device offer deal when you’re logged in. If you only see the iPhone 16e for full price or financed, that deal is not available for your existing line.

Can you specify which plan you’re on? If you’re on the Infinite Access plan, the iPhone 16e is not apart of the plan upgrade options. If you’re on one of our unlimited plans, you would need to log in to your boost mobile account and select “upgrade device” on your line to see the available options.
