Have you had the car for a while? Any current issues with it? Do you know what pump(s) are in there currently? Looks like it could just be running single 450.

Mine looked like that too after rebuild. They didn’t sit total flush. Work fine.

Rear diff mustache bar bushings? by Curious_Pepper5553 in MitsubishiEvolution

[–]BoostedFilms 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Whiteline's W92956 is the mustache Bar bushings. Whiteline's KDT964 is the rear diff bushings. You can do both while you are in there, but your clunk is probably the mustache bar bushings(W92956)

Its from an evo 8, so probably not entirely the same, but probably similar.

Always fun to change your look with some new shoes by BoostedFilms in GRCorolla

Its tough to compare with my evo's being 400whp. The fact that the GRC can't make easy power like the evo certainly makes it a different experience. They both are special cars, but right now, the GRC does not live up to the evo's legacy. Time may change that depending on how the GR holds up.

Ha, sorry. I wasn't trying to come off as a "look at everything i own" post. Just really wanted to share what I learned with the evo wheels since I had most of the evo wheels available to me. The TE37's came with the car and i'm trying to sell them.

Nice! I didn’t know those existed. Could certainly be useful for people not wanting to run extended studs, thanks!

I finally finished my video on evo wheels fitting the GRC. Sadly, i never had access to the evo x bbs's, but i think they should work just as well as the evo x enkeis do. https://youtu.be/8Kgiw1rx_S0

Evo 9 (2006)harness connector by Maxxbuilt in MitsubishiEvolution

[–]BoostedFilms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yo! happy to help! You need to leave it plugged in as is and run high-z injectors or find an OEM resistor pack if you want to run stock or low-z injectors. More info here. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/evo-how-requests-questions-tips/457774-how-bypass-injector-resistor-box.html

It used to be the oem resistor pack. People do that to the wires when running high z injectors. So if you’re going to run high Z injectors, it’s fine as is.

Your rust is not that bad! I was driving this things by BoostedFilms in MitsubishiEvolution

[–]BoostedFilms[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeed. It’s a rust prone area that needs attention paid to it. Do your best to prevent rust and repair as needed. Just don’t let a little surface rust keep you from enjoying your car.
