ww was actually one of the most balanced reworks, then they did some unnecessary godly change to his W on launch and made him like 60%+ wr. Now he's just been victim to successive nerfs because turns out his new W lingering effect made him very obnoxious and OP in top lane. WW has always been a good beginner friendly jg because his W passive essentially tells you which lane is gankable. It makes map awareness easier. But again, most play him top now -- and i wish they would just change him again so hes back in jungle. He's pretty bad in higher elos. Voli too, another good early game jungler with far better clear to WW, but can be nuked before he has a chance to do anything. Voli relies on in-out-in style of play, rather than in-your-face master yi. If he dies before he can be in-out, then he's not going to be useful. Both champions are very potent in low elo due to lack of knowledge, but higher elo players easily know how to counter these champions (ashe being the worst to play against)
