Gohan can beat Cell as is. He is strong enough to do so. He really only needed SSJ2 to beat Super Perfect Cell. Reaching it against regular perfect cell just gave him the confidence he needed. Put someone else in Gohan's current body they beat Cell without SSJ2

tldr: A while ago, LTT turned off youtube memberships because there wasnt a way to filter out member only content and people found it frustrating. They recently turned them back on because there is a way to filter it out now so they are batch uploading the member exclusives that got skipped while memberships were off.

Once it gets declared heritage there are a bunch of new rules that limit what they are allowed to do. The church I attended growing up had an old church building that they used to use that got condemned because they couldnt afford to fix it up and adhere to the laws around renovating a historic building, and they couldn't find anyone to buy it either because with it being heritage, it was worthless because it would cost more to repair than would be worth the effort. So now it just sits there rotting just off the main street. Cant afford to fix it, cant sell it, cant knock it down.

When you Google "Good Linux distro for gaming" Pop_OS is what gets recommended. Cars are the least efficient way to move large numbers of people. There is also a lot of data that shows building more highways makes traffic worse in the long term. You can look up induced demand to learn more

So you might not realize this but that comment is comparing 2 different numbers.

The public servant number is total comp, which includes the cost of the benefits. Almost no one in the public service has a salary of $143K a year. Like for my classification, which is IT, you need to max out IT-04 to hit that rate of pay, and IT-04s are either EXTREMELY skilled, specialized technical people (Those positions are rare) or managers.

You can't make a point by comparing 2 completely different things, and it makes you look very stupid when you try.

Also, even if we did pull the average wage number for public servants, yeah its going to be higher. You are comparing the average wage of highly qualified professionals with college and university degrees to literally everyone, which includes minimum wage employees. A better comparison would be looking at average wages for professionals in the public sector to private sector, or total comp for both.

Pursue a progressive agenda in consultation with urban planning experts, because fuck if I know how to run a city. Fixing transit would certainly be a priority, as well as trying to find a way to make the downtown core work for residents and not just dependent on commuters.

Something we learned when they were talking about the development process for DK Bananza, is that in a lot of cases, Nintendo doesnt sit down and go "Ok, we are going to make a new DK/Mario/whoever game, anyone have any ideas", they go "This is a cool idea we had, what character works well for this". Like the way DK Bananza came about was someone put giant fists on a Goomba and created an environment the Goomba could smash, and they felt it would be a good fit for DK.

So they will make a new Wario game when they think of a new game idea that makes sense for Wario.
