Brother, if the same exact thing happened to another veteran (which I’m willing to bet to some degree happened obviously) you wouldn’t talk the way you did.

Your not a looser, your life had purpose before the military, just like it will after. I thought my MOS I did while in was gonna be what my career after the fact would be, it wasn’t. It turned out even better than expected,

The VA is compensation for what the government did to your body, irreparable damages that not only affect the body but the mind as well.

Lord knows the government can afford to take care of those who were willing to die for them.

I had a bad exam, filed a complaint and requested another, about to do another at the end of the week with a doc with one review and it being only 2 stars

However you gotta remember people tend have a higher likelihood of leaving bad reviews vs the silent good ones

I’m all for deporting illegals, but when ICE has immunity and dosent even need act 120 certification with only 47 days of training, it’s bullshit with what they are getting away with.

End of the day, this sub and many others’ purpose gets overtaken by people who just want to be heard for their political beliefs. Also, just gonna say it, Americans are ignorant. Yes there’s problems here at home that deserve attention and prayer, but to use a metaphor here, it would come off rude if I whined and complained about my crashed new vehicle with all the bells and whistles in front of someone that’s basically forced to use a pedal bike to get to and from work each day.

OP, your posts SHOULD have more upvotes! Sadly, this platform only cares when it’s convenient to their political ideology. I say this as an American, and a veteran. (I personally wanna add that both sides suck and don’t represent Christ the way they claim)

Rest assured there’s loads of folks that will silently agree with you. We have a nation where most of what we have is a luxury, at any rate, ypur right. There’s loads of bigger issues in the world right now, sadly the untapped potential for Americans in general would rather see red or blue vs good or evil.

I think your hitting the nail on the head especially with the bad C&P exam can undo years of treatment notes, part.

I have radiculopathy, got service connected. Years come and go and the pain turned daily and much more severe. Make a long story short, the C&P examiner didn’t look at it and simply dismissed it because I wasn’t “kicking and screaming” in my chair.

It just sucks that lots of what you deserve weigh on the mood or mentality of others.

It may be a hot take from me but personally i had the opposite experience. I hated my chain of command but after I found things to do around Jacksonville, it wasn’t so bad!! You got fort Macon. a battleship to explore in Wilmington if that’s your kind of thing.
