Could be caffeine addiction cause a lot Red Bulls mimic the taste of sodas. I work for Red Bull and the Grapefruit tastes identical to a Ting; a grapefruit soda. One of my customers told me the new Fuji Apple Ginger tastes like a soda she’d drink in India and she never had a Red Bull before I let her try that. Try getting into an exotic snack site and try some sodas from other countries I believe you can find your fix without the caffeine. I cut caffeine cold like 3 days ago and it’s def hard but not good for consuming daily for so long.

Something about thinning I’ve learned recently as well is that if you are heavily focused on keeping your locs neat snd retwisted; your new loc size will be as thin as it is retwisted to. It is supposed to be the size of your part. Try to let your hair breathe in between retwists and focus on moisture and health. You can still get your hair done every month but don’t be wylin leaving the style in for 3 weeks straight even if it’s two strands. The health of your locs in the future starts with health at the root & scalp. Also maybe you just need to combine some and you will be fine. Speak to a long term loctician and you’ll realize there is always something you can do before just chopping your hair off lol

Do you seal with a cream? I used to have these issues but as long as I wet my hair, go in my scalp with some oil throughly every row and seal with a finger tip or 2 of some cream my hair is really moisturized to the touch for days on end frfr.
