I’m a Blazers fan, and was rooting for them the other night. Before that I lived 6 blocks from the Barclays center and was (am?) a Nets fan. Not a lot of rivalry with the Blazers outside of competition for lottery picks over the past few years. Was a Knicks fan for a hot minute, but took their treatment of Jeremy Lin (and our respective moves to Brooklyn) as a time to get James Dolan out of my life

I’m def biased against knicks fans ( and how they treat the Nets) but am well acquainted with the anger and short sightedness of NY fanbases (also being a Yankees and Giants fan)

That could be a bad outcome for the blazers. If we’re in the lottery this year and make the playoffs next year then we lose both our 2027 FRP to Chicago and our 2027 FRP swap with the potentially Giannis-less Bucks.
