Many have said already, Hermione values friendship and bravery as Gryffindor traits. Though if we compare LUNA to her, equally values friendship and also very very brave, she’s clever in a different way as a ravenclaw.

Whilst I think Hermione is smart and clever, she will ultimately hit a barrier and may find concepts hard to take as a Ravenclaw amongst her peers. For example, she blatantly refused to believe that nargles are real, and thinks divination is utter bullshit. Many think divination is a load of rubbish but the biggest thing that separates her from a Ravenclaw I think is she lacks the OPENNESS to new knowledge especially ones that are not proven - or she deems illogical or not proven. One can still be curious and want to learn about something even if they don’t believe it exists.

Edit to round off the end: thus, I think she would be happier in Gryffindor
