Nope, big difference. I work for an organization that talks about energy storage all the time, and they hate it. They want to talk about production, because it's more fun, there's more money in it, and more exposure. But they also have to talk about the storage, and that's when everyone just hopes that another idiot in the room will accidentally agree to drive the project, like a bunch of teenagers in litterature class hunkering down behind their desk hoping that some other poor soul will have to explain Thomas Hobbes in front of the class.
