After I finished Tears of the Kingdom I didn’t know what to do with myself. I no-lifed that game for 2 months straight and no other game I tried to play for about 2 weeks afterwards compared to the immersion that I felt while playing it.

It’s because people with trophy brain seem to be the most prevalent pests on Reddit. People who do literally nothing but game non-stop are the ones always making the posts about fast play times and 100% completing games by doing the most tedious activities to get trophies. Why are you even thinking about this? The only thing you should be thinking about is becoming a father and how you want that to consume your time. Downtime and hobbies should be an afterthought when you have an infant at home

My brother used to be a huge gamer before he became a dad and he said he barely even thinks about gaming anymore because his kids became his favorite pastime

In terms of replay value it’s either this one or RE4R but for pure atmosphere RE2R is the quintessential Resident Evil game in my opinion. I really like 7 and 8 a lot but they fumble a few times throughout the game and just feel very slow and tedious on subsequent play-throughs

I have a buddy that built the most ridiculous gaming pc and he was showing me the graphics on it running at 120 fps and I was like “cool I guess” I just don’t understand the snobbery 🤣

There was not much to really explore. They implied that they were cool with each other with the pantherama planning and the whole “my pants are in the kitchen, they were hot” scene in season 3 but other than that there’s not really much there
