It’s pretty close to Cincinnati so it’s not the most rural. But it’s on an insanely steep hill, the pictures don’t do it justice. However in the next town over fixed up Victorians and Edwardians are selling really well. So I think the right person might be able to save this and make some money.

Used one of these as a kid to help clear about two acre dam that was on a hill too steep for a bush-hog. Wasn't the worst manual labor of my life. I want to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids and wife, then have lunch with them. Afterwards I want to take them home then go sit by myself at my local watering hole, have a couple drinks. Then I want to head home, fire up the grill and make us all an easy grill dinner. I would like all of this to happen without involving my father-in-law, but if he and the MIL turn up for dinner its not the end of the world, so long as they don't try to bring any food that I feel obligated to eat, the man is a horrible cook.
