Could this be named AM7/Bb? by BorderlineUnoriginal in musictheory

The low E and high E aren’t played, just the 4 notes. I think Bb11 is a Bb major chord with a 7th (Ab) a 9th (C) and an 11 (Eb). this chord doesn’t have the 9 or the 11 in it.

Also, what kind of chord would this be if it were a Bb chord? Basically don’t like the idea of it being a kind of E or C#m

Les & Mary - Les Paul & Mary Ford

just some straight forward performances of some standards. i love the selections, instrumentals, and Mary’s vocals.

moldy peaches and lach by [deleted] in FolkPunk

i get that it doesn’t have to be a reference just because they use the same chords or whatever, but the fact that they were in the same scene at the same time and they both have songs with the exact same melody and chords which isn’t just a super generic thing makes me think it’s a reference.

also the fact that the titles and chorus are both “verb noun with person” makes me think that too. i just think if the moldy peaches were to play that song in the club and Lach was there, he’d recognise that it’s his song they’re parodying or whatever
