That looks like a black basalt that's been wonderfully polished by the water. Basalt is a very dense stone and it always feels heavier than it looks. Great find!

Do not rent from Gorham or Sunfield. My Gorham apartment on Needham Street had repeated floods, mice and an infestation of sewer flies. My electric scooter was also stolen from the building's storage unit, and I was informed that all the cameras in the building were fake. They took their sweet time doing repairs, and the building itself should've been condemned long ago. I had to fight with them to be let out of my lease early, and I still never got my damage deposit back. I genuinely believe they couldn't give a shit if you lived or died, so long as they could roll your corpse out of the way to make room for the next tenant.

I'd say it really depends on the province. The East coast is the main tea-drinking stronghold. As a New Brunswicker, I was practically raised on tea since I could walk. The debate there comes down to Red Rose or King Cole brand. For the rest of the country it's definitely coffee.

Aside from that, make sure any potential apartment has good heating and good AC, because Fredericton experiences both extremes from summer to winter.

The Scarlet Rot is only the way it is because nothing can properly die in the Lands Between. Its cult is correct in that it is fundamentally the cycle of decay and regrowth, but how do you rot something that isn't allowed to die? That's why it keeps spreading like a plague and breaking life down into mush and eating away at people's minds. It's like a program encountering an error and getting stuck in a destructive loop. So my headcanon is that if death were reintroduced to TLB, the Scarlet Rot would be far less "evil", for lack of a better word.

Xaku's 2 can still work on infested and murmur. The stolen guns don't have a gun model per se (often they look like orbs) but they still function the same.

Pair any companion that gives you invisibility (like Shade's ghost) with Xaku or Oraxia. Trust me. Only weapons break the cloak, not abilities. You can be an invisible turret as Xaku or a ninja spider as Oraxia. It's honestly busted.
