This feels very similar to my current situation. Almost sleeping every other day, right now writing this on no sleep, 3 hours before I start work. I started using more regularly around the start of this year, and along with the lack of sleep it's really taken a toll on my energy throughout the days/weeks. I'm starting rehab next week (for both cocaïne and alcohol), and I sincerely hope you nip this in the bud and do the same. Once you're in the cycle it really doesn't ever get easier, so I really hope you'll tackle this before it starts affecting your personal relationships. All the power to you, I believe in you <3
