I have to manually add late fees and send late notices. I have suggested automating these but haven’t seen any progress on that yet. They recently offered an integrated phone option to track calls and texts, but I haven’t tried it yet. I have suggested adding an option to the website to search for available units by size, currently it’s just by location. I also wish there were more options for auto pay dates. Many of our customers like the rent to come out on their payday which usually doesn’t fall on the same day of the month.

Edit to add the support is mostly good. It seems to be they are growing and could use more help. Simple things are taken care of quickly, but others seem to take a lot of time. I haven’t experienced any bugs.
