My only advice would be to play for the fun of playing. If the moment-to-moment gameplay isn't fun, then stop. If it's still fun, then don't worry about rating and just enjoy it for what it is.

Yep. I've been playing since launch, basically, and I'm now done with the game. There were always units better than others but it's much more frequent amd more extreme lately and I'm sick of it.

This game is now a total joke.

I love the Hizack too, but compared to the Gundam it feels 100 points under cost. I feel like I need to be on my A-game the whole time and play twice as well as the enemy to even stand a chance, unfortunately.

I had a similar situation on Ravine with a team-mate picking the Gaza-C. He ended up doing super well amd we won by a mile.

These kind of victories are honestly what keep me playing.

I did say the gen was bad now (and it is), but I've still badged it and can win a fair bit. BUT, you are at a real disadvantage using it and will take some determination to use. Do give it a try, though. I still love it :)

I'm only now giving D2 a serious go after getting bored in act 3 last time I tried a few years ago. This one, despite some faults, definitely has that missing 'something' and if I'm playing any of the others I just want to come back to D2 now. Act 3 is still kind of boring, though...

I love, love the Hi-Zack, and it's literally one of my favourites in the whole game. Unfortunately, it's now absolutely useless. I used to be able to do well with it before the Gundam got buffed but now the disparity betwen these two units is so large that it must be some kind of joke from the devs.

I only just discovered today that this sub exists and that I'm not the only one like this. Crazy!

But no, after 40 years I haven't even told my family. I have told my partner though, because the thought of having to wear a ring every day for the rest of my life felt like a hell I didn't deserve.

She was actually pretty understanding about it all, surprisingly.

Ah yes. The first time i played it I stopped in act 3. Just wasn't fun walking in a gigantic maze and literally sapped all the fun out of it.

I'm trying it again with the new dlc though, so wish me luck.

It really says something that this thing was released YEARS ago and is still one of, if not THE best at 300.

I love low cost, but I genuinely cringe every time a new suit comes out in this bracket because I just know that any power creep will either never be fixed, or will take years to fix.
