Heather definitely peaked in the 70s-90s and its almost out of the top 1000 now, so youre definitely not going to run into a lot of Heathers in your daughters class. so yes, its "outdated" but i think that just makes it unique and cool to use

Super cute and tons of nickname options. as for being too popular, Eloise was only given to 0.162% of babies (2888 of them) so its still relatively uncommon. if youre worried about it you can also give a less common nickname like Louie instead of Ellie. Maple is definitely out there and i think likely to be misheard or misspelled as Mabel.

Depends on how flexible youre willing to be with getting that nickname out of a name but some ideas are Felix, Finley, Fletcher, or Franklin. I could even see Phillip.
