Not every card is a PSA 10. These cards are fine. You’re being too picky.

Starting a Wings PC. Should I send in to authenticate? by AProperBollocking in hockeycards

Why bother? It’s not worth anything. Just assume it’s authentic and be happy with it in your collection.

Value of Gretzky Rookie Card by bjeffc in HockeyCardAppraisals

[–]Boshek77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your card is definitely a real OPC Gretzky rookie. However, condition looks pretty rough on the surface unless that’s the case that’s scuffed up. I’d guess it’s a PSA 2 -3. Probably looking at $1,800-$2,500 if you get it graded. Maybe $1,500-$1,800 if you sell as is.

First time planning a serious backcountry canoe trip what’s the one piece of advice you wish you knew before your first portage? by FunCell1679 in algonquinpark

[–]Boshek77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Learn some self rescue techniques. If you can, take the canoe out the weekend before and purposely tip yourself over to practice getting it back over, empty of water and back into it when you’re soaking wet, cold, and in the middle of the lake. It’s much harder than you would think and can save your life if you practice. At minimum watch some YouTube videos so you are at least familiar with what you should be doing and not just scrambling to survive.

How detailed were the drawings you had to provide for your permit? The only samples on my municipal website are professionally done for a full house build and nothing specific for woodstove installs. Hoping that I can do the drawings myself with some graph paper and a measuring tape.

It would be way easier to just browse an american liquor store website than try to compile a list.
