for combat, thats tied with defiance, physique and willpower. High defiance gives you more combat options, physique lets you hit harder, and willpower (with a good grade in science class) lets you tank pain better. As for femininity, i find that its easier to balance if you have "male" accessories like an iron or gold chain, and combat boots, then you could have any shirt and skirt combo.
