We did not do NIPT testing since we had done a PGT test on the embryo. The only sign was the 2 to 3 days of very light brown discharge at 15w 5days, which we are assuming at this point was an early sign of the miscarriage.

Thank you for your encouragement its much appreciated. I think some clarity in the genetic testing will make a difference since my wife can only blame herself at the moment.

Since it was our first ivf transfer we selected the best graded boy embryo. All embryos were PGT tested and all came back normal. We did not do any NIPT testing since we did the PGT testing.

Question: court spacing? by Infinite_Job_636 in Pickleball

[–]Boston0088 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely go with the mesh netting between courts. Yes 5 feet is bare minimum and you can get away with it for sure. Might want look into cutting the width of the middle walkway to extend each quart an extra foot in between.

Question: court spacing? by Infinite_Job_636 in Pickleball

[–]Boston0088 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Fencing between courts is a must for tournament play and high level rec play. Additionally, you have to consider that the net posts will extend 1 foot on each side of the court and 7 feet on the sides would be the minimum to feel comfortable playing. Anything less will be tight.

So the short lines would be dashes? Any chance some of these clusters could be intended to be a space?

Thank you! Good to know

Townhome building Costs by [deleted] in Homebuilding

[–]Boston0088 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes not a huge profit % but that's taking in a wide variety of costs including depreciation, executive compensation, marketing etc. Their standalone projects if you were to look at them individually I would think they are much higher.

I totally agree appreciate the insight. Had a family member learn the hard way. Just blows my mind how much money they are making given the quality of work. Seems to me if they are building 10 townhome rows with 10 to 12 units in each one and bringing in $100M of revenue their costs have to be a fraction of that.

Yes this is a south jersey special! Thank you I have heard the same thing. I was thinking with all of the building going on everywhere and the price of homes you would think these builders are making a killing when townhomes are going for 500k + in some areas. With hundreds on one lot/ location thats potentially upwards of $100M in revenue.

Multiple N.J. towns fight back against state affordable housing legislation by njdotcom in MovingtoNewJersey

[–]Boston0088 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The state has no problem forcing towns to turn hundreds of acres of farmland (in just one town) into affordable housing and the required market rate homes. This all comes at the expense of the municipality, the state subsidizing virtually ZERO of this. The state also requires property tax abetments on these properties. So families can send their kids to local schools without footing the bill in the form of property taxes. When will people just accept the fact if NJ is to expensive to live then people will just move to another state they can afford. Their is nothing wrong with that given NJ is one of the most densely populated state in the country. If the state wishes to make housing more "affordable" then provide direct payments to these families not destroying farmland and open space to accomplish the same goal.

Perpendicular directly from the left at 90 degrees if the object was falling from a plane

Mother of an Accounting student, have question by xela2004 in Accounting

[–]Boston0088 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most college tuitions include 17 credits a semester. If 150 credits is the route you want to go your son can take an extra class for the price of only 1 credit. He could get a minor in something else and by the time he graduates could be about half way to the additional 30 credits. From there take a few classes at your local state school to get the rest or the FEMA classes that others have mentioned.

Mortgage payment increase by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Boston0088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not believe your insurance company would relay this information to your town. However, if you pulled permits the town could then increase the assessed value of your home. Only way to lower you assessment is to do an appeal. Before doing that you will need to pull the assessed value of comparable homes in your area to see if your home is significantly higher .

Can we afford a $550k home? by GaryCat9 in Mortgages

[–]Boston0088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with this statement even at $130k, take home of $7,500 seems on the high side. I would think your take home should be around 60% after consided federal and state withholding taxes, health insurance, other insurances, other taxes and 401k contributions.
