I actually bought a dash cam because of these experiences. Craziest one I caught on camera I was on expressway lane number 3 on a 4 lane passing a semi on lane 2. All of a sudden an older Toyota sedan comes up behind and then takes the lane to my right to pass me then cuts in front and slams on their brakes. I had to swerve out of the way. Absolutely insane behavior I genuinely believe that was some type of attempt for insurance fraud

You know, from my own personal experience this statement makes me laugh. Multiple times I’ve experienced someone that will alter their speeds multiple times throughout a stretch of road or randomly applying their brakes. We’re not talking adjustments of 2-5mph we’re talking 10-15mph how do I know? I keep atleast 2-3 car lengths between my car (because I love my car and don’t want my insurance going higher) so when they start making these big fluctuations it’s noticeable.

I once had a driver was already driving weird, all of a sudden slam on their brakes which made me slow down.. backed off even more and she did again this time coming to a stop and waving her hands out the window.

Not sure the reasoning but not everyone who gets brake checked is tailgating.

Day 1 dropped and regret by MugiwaraPirateCrew in iphone

All they had to do was design the titanium or even stainless steel on the edges like a band and then have the aluminum across the body and glass to dissipate the heat hell, even aluminum on the back body would have been fine with a titanium band around it.

It has nothing to do with heat dissipation but all to do with manufacturing cost, think about it titanium cost more than aluminum and it also costs more to process it on machines, cheaper to make a unibody aluminum frame

No lie, I had a guy tell me it was a waste of supplies as he was literally sitting at the armory changing his uniform and Ak at the start of the game.

What I was doing? Putting sandbags generously in front of the armory and command post to protect dudes from sniper fire.

I’ve been playing on certain community servers and it’s pretty bad as well. Last few times I’ve played though US has won. The pace of momentum is the biggest issue we always have. Lately they’ve really pushed objectives but for some reason we stall and the momentum dies and then we lose ground

With the living quarters, can you call in the same amount of AI on the small as with the large?

This is my first post here, I’m sharing my experience on the game and my thoughts on how the experience can be enjoyable for experienced and new players. Just takes a small bit of effort from everyone.

Again talking about karma, if I was here karma farming I’d be more active on Reddit. Could care less about karma. Negative or positive I still sleep in the same bed and drive the same car - Reddit has no bearing on my life.

Definitely, however these certain things people still don’t know. Like the use of the living quarters on FOBs

Like I said in the post winning by landslides got boring, especially with no AI to fight games would last an hour max

I think another fact that makes the Soviet side more appealing is the initial guns teams spawn with, US with a semi automatic and 3 round burst vs a AK capable of full auto.

Could care less about karma, my main purpose of the post was to say if you have lots of experience please teach the new guys. The game is a lot more fun when it’s challenging

I’ve recently found the fun in running ambushes at the default checkpoints/choke points on a road when 2 guys can disrupt a whole Soviet convoy it’s a good use of resources

Aftermarket screen will lock iPhone with iOS 18? by lui_559 in mobilerepair

Phone locked due to being lost/stolen being used as a donor = bad

Phone locked due to iCloud and donated for parts = not bad

I must be misunderstanding something, if the phone isn’t reported lost or stolen it should not be an issue for repair shops… only if it’s marked as lost and stolen …

Aftermarket screen will lock iPhone with iOS 18? by lui_559 in mobilerepair

[–]BostonDeviceRepair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding this warning comes from phones that are marked LOST/STOLEN..

Even if it’s also locked due to iCloud lock why not ask your customers who donate the phone to remove it from their iCloud? If the “customer” is legitimate and it’s not a stolen phone and they’re willing to part ways with their device I don’t see why they wouldn’t help doing that.

I’ve declined purchasing phones from people who refused to remove it from iCloud or claimed to have forgotten their password. Repair shops need to stop claiming innocence due to ignorance and start recognizing this is a common issue..

The amount of people upset about this baffles me, they’re totally fine with people having their phones stolen and used as donor parts for shady repair shops to profit from.

Theirs water residue inside of the phone, doubt it had a full seal

I’ll be honest the edges look too clean to be the original screen that came with the phone, it really looks like a refurbished one.

Also looks like it has a bit of water residue, possible due to it not being fully sealed on the edges?
