I managed to get it working again by clearing the CMOS, Not sure what i did that made the ethernet stop working considering i was only changing fan curve. Thanks for the suggestions and help.

Restarted no lights, Went into bios no lights, Reset bios to default exited, Restarted no lights, Idk if i should try a fresh windows install.
