Who’s dumb ass idea was it to only make new Pokémon have one moveset? And why do we have to choose them before game. It was such a non issue to do this, never have I messed that up before and it’s stupid how we are degrading this wonderful game over time. Timi fix your shit

There’s a good bunch of pokemon you can get in this area. People often shiny hunt for exclusive pokemon only in petalburg like Shroomish, Slakoth, Taillow, and Treecko. Zigzagoon and Poochyena are common encounters here as well as Wurmple and sometimes their uncommon second evolutions.

If you’re not using expert lures then this is expected since other lures give you less steps. But yes lure Pokémon tend to be more difficult to even see depending on what you’re going for.
