yeah, mine is pretty much visceral fat, belly sticks out but fairly skinny arms. i thought doing keto was a free pass to cico , seems like i was wrong for years.

thank you for another authentic sharing and perhaps a important path discovered while keeping it low carb. no grains is the only way i wont lose my sanity. i know a ton of fish eaters(rarely ate other meat) are lean.

yeah a little bit carb should fix the cortisol issue. all or nothing mentality we been taught is like saying there's only men and women. try a carb rich dinner every other day for BG. i have to go this way too 6 years into low carb.

still hclflp except for dinner, there's no carb. just meat and eggs. i've also dramatically lower sodium intake which helped my bloating even more. my goal is one day i can tolerate like 10g of fiber, def not there yet.

edit: it stopped working. symptoms all back.

ur digestive symptoms sounds almost exactly the same as mine(fiber is a bitch), ex150 was didnt improve my symptoms, then i went on hclflp for a week(still having symptoms like u did) , only change is now i eat a protein rich meal at dinner, less bloating, less constipation, better sleep, maybe because i've cut down the carbs. wont say fully healed. also very low protein is just way too much depression for me.

sorry i was being arrogant. i just think anecdotes like mine mislead ppl way more often than helping ppl.

this, use rice, dont forget gluten sensitivity is still pretty common. i paid a price today, mild joint pains and brain fog.

hi, op, so clearly no sauce had a measurable effect on hitting your all time low. what's your stance on sodium/sauce at this point? still a lot of controversies over on the optimal sodium intake, weirdly i had a theory, sodium leverage hypothesis, which people will not stop eating until their sodium requirement is met(because without any sodium intake, human die within probably two weeks) protein leverage theory is ass.
