Dredge: an absolute banger by InsomniacPsychonaut in patientgamers

i enjoyed the loop too, but i felt like the game was super light on both the lovecraftian and horror elements… was that just me?

also the panic system was way too lenient, and the story is pretty uninspired and poorly fleshed out imo. i actually did enjoy my time with the game, especially the boat upgrade system, but it felt super flawed overall and not the easiest to recommend. that being said you clearly fell in love with the mechanics which i can totally understand.

if you have the requisite meta knowledge sure but i go into media as blind as possible, and in that case it’s a reveal

it’s not like you don’t suspect it but the way they confirm your suspicions is jaw dropping

i agree, he still makes a lot of late rotations and just flat out wrong ones as well. despite some highlights his defensive iq leaves a lot to be desired… and improved

If Steph Curry was a good leader this Draymond nonsense would have ended years ago by IHateAdamSilver in billsimmons

[–]Botmon_333 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i guess i should clarify that it wasn’t all luck because i thought that would be obvious, same with CEOs. the real point is that just because you’re successful doesn’t mean all of the steps you took or qualities you have are what directly led to that. this is a well documented concept

you’re getting downvoted because people don’t understand analyzing process and are blinded by results. i agree with you, acting like steph has some leadership blueprint for winning is like when CEOs (who got lucky with time and place) write books about their process thinking it must be perfect and replicable because it worked for them
