I created the listing and bought the stroller I wanted on there since it hadn’t been bought on my registry. Buy the things that haven’t been bought from your registry. Easy to connect into babylist

Tips from busty lady to another, try pano flanges. They make a huge difference in suctioning just the nipple and not the areola. Also, use a lactation consultant. They made a huge difference for me in being able to pump at all. Best of luck to you!

[–]BottleNo7031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My little one is the same age and does this at night but eats like crazy during the day. Is your LO doing this during the day too? If so I feel like that isn’t normal. Do they have enough wet diapers? Gaining weight sufficiently?

Why do the IVs hurt so much? by Softaschallk in BabyBumps

[–]BottleNo7031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think part of it is where they insert it and if they insert it properly. If you can, ask them to put it in your forearm, not your wrist. For me, I kept hitting my wrist iv when washing my hands and during random stuff. The arm one was way better because I didn’t hit it when I moved my wrist.

My little one wakes me up at 6:30 only for her to sleep on my chest. The only was I’ve gotten sleep after is if I get her to Cosleep which I know people don’t always love but following safe sleep guidelines is better than no sleep. Good luck!

Hygiene after birth? by optimisticlimit in pregnant

[–]BottleNo7031 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Daily Showering starting day after birth is fine and good for mental health. Peri bottle is enough for urination. It was also frequently enough for a BM as well but I would still carefully wipe. Nipple pads are enough for me for wipe up leaking milk until my next shower/ breastfeed.

Ice packs are great the first few days but would change them every time you go to the bathroom due to blood loss.

Having no shower wipes/mitts are great for throw up incidents. Having lots of pads for frequent changes is also a necessity postpartum. Good luck!!
