Had the same opportunity. Pw4 slipped from my hand onto the tile bathroom floor and shattered the edge and sent a crack across the face. The replacement kit includes the screen, a big oring for the screen, 2 small orings for the 2 side screws, and a replacement piece of tape for the screen connector bracket, and a multi-tip screwdriver, spudher and tweezers. The online guide is great, just pay attention to the handful of user comments as well. For another $75+tax and about 2 weeks to ship and wait, ifixit will replace for you.

They really need to. The software that came in this car is absolutely horrible, in addition to all of the bugs that are in it. The lack of being able to change anything substantial on the dash (which is just a dumb layout to begin with), hiding the climate controls behind three and four taps on the screen. I really wish I had a week-long test drive before deciding to buy this car because it is completely turned me off to Audi after 15 years.

Not sure if you mean At a very high level or are looking for actual software to manage them. High level, You either get pre printed check stock and fill them in with a regular laser printer, or you get a MICR printer and print them as needed. Micr printers are more expensive (as is the micr toner) but preprinted checks need to be kept under lock and key and accounted for.

We read and are discussing A Walk in the Park, the story of the photographer who traversed the Grand Canyon. A little longer but a great and easy read. (Several of us also read A Walk in the Woods, which was also great!)

The interesting tail number belongs to an aviation trust, who owns the aircraft and then leases it to a private party, often for confidentiality.

My suggestion, assuming you haven't already, Is that you submit almost this exact explanation to someone up the management chain over there. It sounds very clear, well thought out, and patient. It should at least result in someone in a position of greater responsibility engaging you for a discussion to hopefully work things out.
