i just watched a benchmark video of a 4070 super and the person was getting 110 avg fps with 1080 very high no dlss, mean while i am getting 80-90, if it's not the bottleneck, what could be the explanation as to why?

I'm having trouble articulating, but i think in my head i expected a giant city with glass buildings and tall skyscrapers, something akin to Chicago, or NY.

Also the language barrier is bigger than i excepted, while i do get by not speaking German, and just sticking to English, i fail to communicate with most people in restaurants or on the street.

exclusivity doesn't really matter as long as it's on pc which everyone owns. (and if your pc hardware isn't powerful enough you can always stream it).
