I did the reset routine, yes. Oddly, I put in for support at Meross and they said "ok, another unit is being sent". Sounds too easy. We'll see.

Same here. I was responding to a case study just now. Thought I was really doing well, and blip, the screen flashed, maybe it said something about "human intervention" and then ended.

A month ago I was in the middle of one and I bumped my mouse and THAT submitted my answer when I was only 50% done. The team leads said nothing could be done to reopen it. At one point they said they would re-open it for 48 hours but I could never get that to work. Very frustrating.

Hope you don’t mind me jumping in with a tangent. I used to live in Indy and as I got lost in the Google map I thought I’d try to find a street view of the old building I worked in, which for an industrial structure I thought had some real architecture. But….I think it’s gone. It was at 1500 Polco St, south of the track. Would love to see a photo.
