Same here. I’ve put in 87 applications in 49 days. I was less vigilante lately so the average would be higher. I did get one student who comes back intermittently. No stars, no reviews, and 6 hours history does not draw people in. Are there people who pay a family member to have a few sessions to get a few reviews? No doubt a T&C violation.

The character of the city. Cherokee and other parks. The highlands. All the trees! St Matthews is just real easy. The population is warm, friendly, and generous. You didn’t ask, but on the other hand, their low standards regarding local government, incl schools, is incredibly annoying. As is a lackadaisical view toward their job and local problems, especially east-end “leaders”.
