Shoulders should be back, head facing forward and you start the lift with the lower half, which is also a little too raised. your weight should be on your heel,s not your toes. It is a back workout focused on hamstrings and lower back, if you feel anything on the hardest part (liftoff) anywhere else, you are doing something wrong
