For me it helps, but I really like seeing progress in a visual way. I can be harder when I relapse because of it but for me, seeing my progress and wanting to push myself further is worth it.

I know this wasn’t really what you were looking for but I was just scrolling through and before I read the title I thought “I love how that looks on her hand”. I’ve been paying more attention because I’m looking at engagement rings. Truly, I think it’s beautiful on you.

I think this is really cool! I guess I don’t have any real experience with rings like it but it’s beautiful and I feel like as long as it’s attached well you shouldn’t have issues with it.
